I did not see this speedy had been put in place & then removed, but I moved your article to Draft:Syed Hafiz. I did some checking on Google and between his stats & some other sources I found (like https://telanganatoday.com/office-boy-from-peddapalli-hits-success-with-youtube) it does appear that Hafiz is suitable for an article here. However, you need to find & cite more of those sources in the article, have much better citations for the personal information, rework some of the page to fit guidelines, and work with some editors who speak English as a first language since much of the page is very poorly translated.
