The first step-- hi!-- I'd recommend is writing the ~~~~ to sign comments, so that Sinebot doesn't have to do it for you! Anyhow, I'm hardly an expert, but feel free to ask me any questions-- or just experiment with-- my talk page: User talk:mordicai. Cheers! mordicai. ( talk) 23:04, 22 October 2011 (UTC) reply
Hello, and thank you for your patience! I'm (obviously) still learning, and I appreciate the tips. Cervenka ( talk) 22:02, 10 January 2016 (UTC) reply

Reversion on Jeanne Cordova

Hey, I reverted your edits to Jeanne Cordova because the info you added about her death is not sourced properly. Your first link is to a tweet, not even from the persons own account, so we cant use that source. In addition, the second link did not actually say that she has passed. We need a reliable source. Thanks for understanding -- allthefoxes ( Talk) 21:30, 10 January 2016 (UTC) reply

These sources are reliable--the entire lesbian community knows about it. I've been waiting for a "proper" source to confirm it. Her Facebook page is full of memorials, but no official announcement. Cervenka ( talk) 21:34, 10 January 2016 (UTC) reply

Twitter is not a reliable source at all. Everybody can tweet anything, without any editorial oversight. The Letter about dying might serve as a reference for her suffering from colon cancer, but it obviously cannot confirm she died of it. Huon ( talk) 21:43, 10 January 2016 (UTC) reply
Sorry for the repeated edits--I'm trying to learn! I'm hoping my current source is acceptable. Cervenka ( talk) 21:56, 10 January 2016 (UTC) reply

Request for 5 minute survey

Hi! I'm a researcher from the University of Minnesota conducting a study on LGBT user contributions to Wikipedia. Would you be willing to answer a short five minute survey? If so, I would appreciate if you could drop me an email at leung085@umn.edu — Preceding unsigned comment added by Weiwensg ( talkcontribs) 23:00, 15 November 2016 (UTC) reply
