Puget Sound

Your additions to the article are appreciated and it was not my intent to start edit warring with you, especially since you appear to be brand new to Wikipedia. It's important to make sure everything in the article is sourced properly and not based on personal knowledge. It's one of the rules of Wikipedia and, granted, it can be frustrating to read what one believes is incorrect. Especially when the believed correct information added keeps getting deleted in favor of what one "knows" is right. I thought you might be interested in the info I found online:

According to the Washington State Legislature as of 2007, Puget Sound is defined as: “Puget Sound and related inland marine waters, including all salt waters of the state of Washington inside the international boundary line between Washington and British Columbia, and lying east of the junction of the Pacific Ocean and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the rivers and streams draining to Puget Sound as mapped by water resource inventory areas 1 through 19 in WAC 173-500-040 as it exists on July 1, 2007” (RCW 90.71.010: Definitions, n.d.)."
