Hello! Regarding your
post, we usually disambiguate the titles of people's articles if we have articles of people with the same exact name. For instance, in this case, the title for the page of the person you want to create could either be
Daniel B. McIntyre (scientist) or
Daniel B. McIntyre (mathematician), depending on what he worked with the most or what he is known for the most. This is known as adding a
qualifier to his name. Our
naming conventions for people describes this in more detail. Feel free to
be bold and start a new article on this person! If you need any help with anything, feel free to put the {{
helpme}}
tag on your talk page (this page) with a question next to it, and somebody will be right along to assist you. Or, you can ask me for help on my talk page (click the word "talk" next to my name after this comment). You might wanna read
