I have just picked up this latest message on iphone.
You need to be aware that the formats that you use on the talk page/block page, are completely different on when read by MS Outlook/Windows.
On Iphone I can now clearly see your live click links, and the editorial is in exact chronological order.
This is NOT the case when read on MS windows (as I have been doing). On MS Windows there are no live links (only field marks). The sequence for talk is also out of time order, and very difficult to follow.
I can find the "page edit" (top right) and on Iphone I can clearly see a live click link to WP:ER. However, when I click to WP:ER there is no where for me to click to "agree" to follow the procedure ??
Yamia, what do you expect me to do about it? The entry was made 10 years ago, and only now has it become an issue for you. Our only objective is to ensure accurate information about the pool for which we are the Charitable Trust for. There is no conflict of interest because the posted items are statements of fact, and fully backed up with linked sources. Block me if you wish, but there would be no entry about the pool here, no accurate information, and no credibility in the entry. All I am trying to do is provide an accurate summary of this history and status. Sorry if I am unaware of wiki protocols and have made a mess of a simple update, but that's all. This has all been completely blown out of all proportion.
This is a genuine entry that seeks to inform. It was an entry that we set up in good faith. With no intent to mislead. With no intent to fall foul of your myriad of rules and conditions. The entry is accurate, factual, and informative. However, if you want to make an example of us and punish your readers, feel free. Just delete the whole thing if that makes you feel better. We are a small charitable trust that works has work voluntary and tirelessly for many years for our community, We have have spent too much time and effort with Wiki, with very little assistance and guidance, only your scorn. Sorry but too much power has clearly gone to your heads.— Preceding unsigned comment added by MRL of The Broomhill Pool Trust ( talk • contribs)
"Seeking to inform" is NOT a promotional purpose, it is sharing knowledge!!!! DON'T put words in to people's mouths! We are writing collaboratively and providing accurate, factual and up to date information (backed up with sources) in the spirit of Wiki. Ten years we first set up this page. We have admitted we are unfamiliar with your protocols. And we have repeatedly stated that we will follow your guidelines. All we sort was a bit of understanding, support and guidance to make the edits. How many more times do you want us to apologise for falling foul of your processes?!! If you want to delete then just delete it, but otherwise your help would be appreciated as well as stop making a mountain out of a molehill.
Please change my username to "boycott wiki", and delete all my userpages {{db-user}}.
No you've pushed it too far. We're absolutely sick of wiki and the high handedness. All we wanted for was some help and you've just kicked us at every opportunity Please change my username to "boycott wiki", and delete my userpages {{db-user}}.
Please change my username to "boycott wiki", and delete all my userpages {{db-user}}. This is our final message. No further communication.
You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may
appeal this username block by adding the text {{

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text

Request reason:
Your reason here I am Chairman of the Broomhill Pool Trust. We are a registered charity in the United Kingdom. This page was set up by us in 2009 to provide a bona fide and authorised entry about Broomhill Pool. We are not experts on Wikipedia, but equally we do not understand why you have blocked us! www.savebroomhillpool.org
Decline reason:
As noted above, usernames that are that of a group or organization are not permitted(as are group accounts). Usernames must indicate that an individual is using the account. You need not use your real name, an alias or nickname is fine. If you want to indicate your association with the Trust in your username, a name in the format of "YourName of Broomhill Pool Trust" would be acceptable. Please follow the instructions in the block notice and propose a compliant username. Though not part of your block, you should also read about conflict of interest and how those with a conflict of interest can propose changes to relevant articles. I am declining your request. 331dot ( talk) 17:15, 4 January 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{ unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Completely lost me now. I have no idea what you are seeking to do. But hope that my unblock request with revise user name will suffice. The present entry is at least accurate now, and we have no future edits planned for now. We will however, struggle through next time and try to work out how to do it without upsetting the apple cart. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7F:3A59:E600:F556:4854:6FBB:8E53 ( talk) 10:46, 5 January 2019 (UTC)

No one disputes that you are a charity. That is not the issue; the issue is your username, as I have explained above. I can't speak as to why this issue was not addressed before now, only that it needs to be now. You need to choose a compliant username.
