Nice job on the new photos, Brian. Great week-end for photography.

Found it! The problem wasn't in the template, but the code I copied into the file... arrghhhhhh.
Another question. I know the changing the size of the thumbnails doesn't seem interest you, but I think going from 100 pixels to 125 pixels will improve the table. Would you mind replacing the Droop Mountain and the Moncove Lake -squares photo files with 125 pixel images (or, I'll do it if you want.)
My copy of the SP book came. I'll try to rewrite the lead in the next couple of days. Please edit with boldness. B-)

A
proposed deletion template has been added to the article
West Virginia Route 817, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's
criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "
What Wikipedia is not" and
Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{
dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on
its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. -- Jeandré, 2008-11-11 t11:52z 11:52, 11 November 2008 (UTC)

Brian, I edited the Angie page with the facts about the song. I would never write something that is untrue, and it was not my intent to vandalize the page. I was in a restaurant with my family, and the song came on in the piped in music. I am not a kid, I am a 55 year old woman. You need to contact Mr. Bruskin in Florida at National Deli (who I have not spoken to since 1981 and I googled to see where he was) and get the facts. Jagger/Richards took the song as their own because it was never copyrighted. I don't know if they would ever admit it or not. But it is true. What Keith Richards said was that the name Angie just fits. He did not say that he wrote it. Also search for Dolph Trayman, or any of his associates before you say this is not the truth. I would be glad to meet with you in New York or speak to you on the phone if you wish. Just send me another message on the Angie page. I have told my friends about this but I have never wnet public with it because I figured the reaction would be the one that yours was. US Banknote Contest | ||
---|---|---|
November-December 2019 | ||
There are an estimated 30,000 different varieties of United States banknotes, yet only a fraction of these are represented on Wikimedia Commons in the form of 2D scans. Additionally, Colonial America, the Confederate States, the Republic of Texas, multiple states and territories, communities, and private companies have issued banknotes that are in the public domain today but are absent from Commons. In the months of November and December, WikiProject Numismatics will be running a cross-wiki upload-a-thon, the 2019 US Banknote Contest. The goal of the contest is to increase the number of US banknote images available to content creators on all Wikimedia projects. Participants will claim points for uploading and importing 2D scans of US banknotes, and at the end of the contest all will receive awards. Whether you want to claim the Gold Wiki or you just want to have fun, all are invited to participate. If you do not want to receive invitations to future US Banknote Contests, follow the instructions here |
