First of all, as I said on IRC, your username is a violation of Wikipedia's username policy because it's the name of a company and implies shared use. Wikipedia accounts are for individuals, not for groups or corporations, and the username should reflect that. You should either request a username change or abandon this account and create a new one with an acceptable username, or the account may be blocked from editing. Also, as part of the prohibition against shared use of accounts, only one person may have access to an account, ever. If you edit from that account, it's yours, not Stephen Meade's, and Mr. Meade should not have access to it. If Mr. Meade also wants to edit Wikipedia, he should create an account of their own (or edit without one).
Secondly, you should take a look at WP:Referencing for beginners on how to easily create nicely-formatted footnotes for your sources. But thirdly, many of the links you currently use point to press releases or the like, which are not considered reliable by Wikipedia's standards since they're not subject to meaningful editorial oversight or fact-checking. Even worse, some paragraphs don't seem to be based on any of the given sources. Huon ( talk) 01:10, 6 November 2014 (UTC)
