So what am i supposed to do now? How do I get my IP unblocked? All I want to do is contribute, and I continue to get denied...

My ip is NOT an open proxy!!! I am getting so tired of this!! Either someone unblock this IP or I'll just give up and stop contributing. Sorry this is complicated. When a range is blocked, it can be difficult to identify the applicable block. Please see this page for information on contacting unblock-en, and contact them by email. WinSafari Passing Acid2

Sorry about the WinSafari Acid2 edit. It didn't pass for me.
