Just to let you know, I've reverted your edit to Beef (the edit is in the history here). My concerns with the edit are twofold: Lack of any sources that meet the requirements of Wikipedia's policies on reliable sources (see WP:RS; I don't think the two sources that were added meet the requirements of WP:RS), and concerns about a seeming non-neutral point of view in the text (see WP:NPOV).
