Hello! Thanks for your note. Have you previously edited under a different user name or in collaboration with another user or a group of users? -- Dlohcierekim ( talk) 23:32, 5 December 2017 (UTC) reply

@ Dlohcierekim:. Thanks for your response. While I was working for the same agency, I was asked to make a second account using a coworker's email after the article I made using my personal account was rejected twice. Under the different user name, the same article was submitted for approval and, of course, rejected. That was my last involvement with the article and second account. I no longer have the login info, but I could try to find it if it would be helpful. I've never collaborated with other users. Again, I'm recounting these activities with regret and an understanding that it was an abuse of Wikipedia's guidelines. Thanks again for your response and consideration. I'd say, as a first step, you'll need to disclose employer and client for all paid edits you have made on Wikipedia. I'm also troubled by the admission that you knowingly violated our policies (and, by extension, the Terms of Use). The fact that you're apparently not the only person from your (former) agency ignoring Wikipedia's policies doesn't quite help. It would help if you could explain what edits we can expect from you if you're unblocked, both in general terms and specifically on the Surrealism article. Request reason:

I previously worked at a marketing agency, and part of my job was to create Wikipedia content for clients. It was my first time contributing/editing Wikipedia content, and though I knew I was going against the site's guidelines, I didn't fully grasp the unethically of my actions, and I regret my behaviour in retrospect. I've since stopped working for the agency, and I'd love to have a second chance to contribute. I didn't realize I was blocked until I noticed an error in an article about Surrealism and logged-in to see if I could help amend it. If it is possible to discuss lifting the block, I'm available to talk anytime. Many thanks. Bcarere ( talk) 22:30, 5 December 2017 (UTC) reply
