If you still have access to University of Alabama resources, could you help by improving the references in the article Helen E. Haines? It was created by someone at your university but it only gives URLs as references, and these URLs aren't accessible to non-students. It would be best if you could use citation templates (see Help:Referencing for beginners) or alternately you could just type in the title, author, publisher/journal, date, etc., using whatever format you know to make references.
