I would be grateful if you would review your edits against the manual of style, in particular with regards to capitalisation.
The work you have done looks very impressive and I have no wish to detract from that in any way. When you first started Bacterial Leucine Transporter it was as Bacterial leucine transporter where a re-direct remains. I suspect that the first tile was more compliant with MOS than the current one. Similarly you have included a section titled Conformational Change which would be better as Conformational change. I would guess that you are one of several (post-grad ?) students set upon similar projects as I can see several very similar user names writing similar articles, the majority of which are compliant with MOS. I am reluctant to meddle in your work and if you could make the suggested changes , that would be good.
