Iam a Rn who has had her nursing license suspended three times for non compliance even when I was compliant. my question is what is required to meet compliance guidelines with calif. child support? Each time I met there request they demand another one and have denied finding a workable solution. Also can you sue child support for abuse of power, discrimanation and malicous behavior or anyting. its totally uncalled for how they use there power to financially ruin a person when youve done eveything to comply?
