Request reason:
I am not a active contributor. I write only on the things on which I know personally. Some years back, I have written on my city page. And now someone has approached me personally to help giving right information for their profile, so I did that. I cannot see anything wrong in it for which you are getting my account blocked. If some wrong information is available on Wikipedia, how we are support to rectify that?
Decline reason:
I absolutely see why someone might think this account was compromised. This account made two edits in 2013 and then went dark until posting to an Articles for Deletion discussion this year that seemed to be a target for people asked to participate there. You're going to need to explain the circumstances of your account use and editing if you are the same person who created this account.
