If you get the chance to take a look at the article on Islamofascism-- resurrected by some reactionary trolls through a parliamentary trick of some kind, I'd appreciate it.

Option A is for the article to be deleted or merged, but I'm not sure how to do that at this stage. Option B is for the page to reflect a very brief summary of the usage of the word, as opposed to, say, photographs of Nazis and Muslims palling around during WWII, which is what some people favor. The edited version explains things clearly. Such as the difference between the Sassanians and Safavids which is substantial as well as Hindu Rajas and the predominance of buddhism in the region. These all correspond to the History of Pakistan article as well as the other version makes no sense and the Kushans Tocharian sentence doesn't even read correctly. The Kushans are a type of Tocharians and it doesn't hurt to link them as such. Whatever your beef regarding the editing, discuss first as I don't think the other version makes as much sense. In reference to your question about reverting possible sockpuppets, the way I understand WP:3RR is that only self-reverts or simple vandalism can go over 3 in 24 hours. It also says "Any reversions beyond this limit should be performed by somebody else, to serve the vital purpose of showing that the community at large is in agreement over which of two competing versions is correct." I knew already before that that you deleted the section that I added to the article "Islam and Judaism" because it was part of the Jewish-Arab conflict article, you wrote it in the edit summary of your deletion. But is there a problem with information which is in the section? I guess that I need to open this discussion in the talk page of the Islam and Judaism article. Thanks. thanks for the note, I´ve made some comments. My main original objection was to the ahistorical thesis being peddled in the deleted article. i don't feel so strongly about inserting this material into the current article, though on its own terms it's still pretty poor and should be greatly improved and sources added first. I just wanted to thank you for supporting me in my RfA and for your offer of congratulations. To tell you the truth, I was surprised by all the support I've gotten. I never saw myself as more than an occasional Wiki-hobbyist.

My wife sends her curses, as Wikipedia will likely suck up more of my time. She jokingly (I think) said she was tempted to log on to Wikipedia just to vote Oppose and let everyone know that she didn't want her husband to be an admin.

I'll make sure your trust in me is founded. Just to let you know, there's Phoenix (who hasn't edited in a while), Evilphoenix (my nominator), and Phoenix2 (he's also in the Harry Potter WikiProject, so maybe this has something to do with the Order of the Phoenix?). Welcome, Anonymous editor/Archive 5, to Esperanza, the Wikipedia member association! As you might know, all the Esperanzians share one important goal: the success of this encyclopedia. Within that, we then attempt to strengthen the community bonds, and be the "approachable" side of the project. All of our ideals are held in the Charter, the governing document of the association.

Now that you are a member you should read the guide to what to do now or you may be interested in some of our programs. A quite important program is the StressUnit, which seeks to support editors who have encountered any stress from their Wikipedia events, and are seeking to leave the project. So far, Esperanza can be credited with the support and retention of several users. Redwolf24 runs the spam to keep members up to date. Also, we have a calendar of special events, member birthdays, and other holidays that you can add to and follow.

In addition to these projects, several more missions of Esperanza are in development, and are currently being created at Esperanza/Possibles.

I encourage you to take an active voice in the running of Esperanza. We have a small government system, headed by our Administrator general, Celestianpower, and guided by the Advisory Committee comprised of FireFox, Flcelloguy. Titoxd, and Karmafist. The next set of elections will be February 28, and I would be glad to see you vote, or even consider running for a position.

I'm trying to convince the rest of the Advisors that we should have a clear bicameral governement, with the upper house being the committee and the lower house consisting of every member of Esperanza. Wikipedians, whether Esperanzan or not, have a right to a clear and tangible voice in policy creation/revision/destruction, IMO.
