Don't be discouraged by the opposition you met on splitting the article on Cotroceni Palace. People are just trying to do things right, and oversplitting articles and creating separate articles on close or similar subjects runs a big risk of creating a messy spaghetti of pages that become confusing to readers. But you'll get there. First, create enough content in a section of the article on the palace, and then you'll have grounds to split it.
