You accuse me in not giving references to reliable sources and not giving. I am sorry, but I can't agree with it. In my article I have all the above mentioned things. Hi Anfield2012. I'm sorry if my approach seemed a bit heavy-handed, but the article is still not supported by references to reliable sources. The only references are in the section about examples of GOST standards, and these seem to have been copied from another article. The article needs to be fully supported by references to independent reliable sources that discuss Rostest. This could be books, journal articles, newspaper articles or reliable websites. Please do not remove maintenance tags from an article unless the issues mentioned have been addressed. In the case of Rostest, the article still does not cite any reliable secondary sources, and therefore does not demonstrate notability. I assume you mean the Rostest article? In that one, while you listed your sources in the "References" section, it is still unclear what it is they reference in the article. Ideally, all major statements in an article should be individually referenced. Take the very first sentence (Rostest is the largest organization of practical metrology and certification on the territory of the Russian Federation), for example. It's impossible to tell which of the sources in the references section support this statement, without having to dig through each and every one of them. Hello Anfield2012, Just wanted to let you know that I saw that you created the new article Rostechnadzor Permit--The content seems pretty substantial.However, I noticed there are some holes that may need filling: the article does not contain in-line citations, and so doesn't follow Wikipedia style guidelines. It would be great if you could also add references to the related article Law of the Russian Federation.

I am a researcher at Carnegie Mellon University examining how to make interaction in Wikipedia more effective. Our research has shown that certain types of feedback encourage Wikipedians to edit more while others seem to discourage them. Experienced and less experienced Wikipedians seem to have different reactions to very similar feedback. I am interested in interviewing you about your reaction to the message I sent you. A discussion with you will help us better understand the types of feedback that can encourage newcomers's participation to Wikipedia without turning off old-timers.

I can talk with you via online chat, on Skype, over the phone, or just through Wikipedia messages if you are more comfortable with that. The interview should take take less than 60 minutes. You do need to be over 18 years old, and consent to be a part of the study in order to for me to interview you. This study has been approved by Carnegie Mellon's research ethics committee (the IRB), and the Wikipedia Research Committee.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. We will be glad to send you a draft describing our research results right after the interview.
