I have removed the paragraph you added to Dark side of the Moon. That page is a " disambiguation" page, designed to help readers find the real encyclopedia page that they might be looking for. It's not a place to start writing large chunks of text.
The article Far side of the Moon covers the astronomical meanings of the phrase. If the material there doesn't answer the questions you've posted at Talk:Dark side of the Moon, then you could try asking at the Science reference desk - but when asking the question you should make it clear whether you are asking about the "dark side" or the "far side". -- John of Reading ( talk) 21:14, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
