PD-shape ? The situation is about the Windows aero theme of Windows 7, the license code which you said is eligible for an image containing geometrical shapes but a theme cannot be a geometrical shape. If you want to post the screenshot of any software, please take it in Windows 8 or OS X or in classical theme (if Windows 7), those are permitted here in CC 3.0 license.
