Thanks for creating Jalal Movaghar, Aminnie!
Wikipedia editor Boleyn just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:
The notability of this politician has been questioned, but I think this is mainly because the article has so little information and there is no link to an article on him in another Wikipedia (e.g. Persian). Mayors aren't automatically notable, but if he was mayor of the whole province, he would probably meet WP:GNG. Are you able to add anything to the article at all, to justify me removing the notability tag? Thanks again for creating it.

Hello, User talk:Aminnie. I saw your recently created article simple:Khodadad Movaghar and others on the Movaghar family. Now I'm joining other editors to emphasize that articles without content and references (sources where the information has been published) will be deleted - also in the Simple English Wikipedia. See my recent changes to Khodadad Movaghar as examples of how these pages can be improved. You can study other pages as examples, e.g. in Category:Iranian translators. After you add content with references, other editors can help correct the English and Wikipedia style (format). Be sure to visit the Wikipedia Teahouse to discuss any difficulties you may have. -- Cheers, Deborahjay ( talk) 13:55, 21 October 2017 (UTC)

the block is no longer necessary because I understand what I have been blocked for, will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and will make useful contributions instead. Aminnie ( talk) 08:49, 1 January 2018 (UTC)

You have closely copied the wording from the previous unblock refusal, but have not mentioned the reason for your block, which is the inappropriate use of multiple accounts. -- Anthony Bradbury "talk" 12:21, 1 January 2018 (UTC)
