See my note on Rouoetyjsjabdb 's sock puppet investigation regarding User:Bargerson. He basically admitted that JohnnyJorringer and Cowbert (neither of whom are blocked) were his socks, in addition to cowback23451 and larfers. And since there is reason to believe that Larfersandcowback is the same person as larfers and cowback (as well as Rouoetyjsjabdb per the original edits to Moses the Coach ), I think that represents evidence to continue. Most of the others listed were Cowback's suspected socks from a previous investigation, most of which are already blocked. Smartyllama ( talk) 18:25, 1 July 2012 (UTC)

Hello DQ. Please see User talk:62.212.85.107. He is blocked since he is using part of a LeaseWeb range that you blocked in April. See his request for why he thinks he should be able to edit. Thanks, EdJohnston ( talk) 18:13, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
An accusation was made against me which I just saw. I defended my self against it, and you undid my edit [1]. Please revert your edits. Thank you for blocking all these disruptive socks. But could you also please speedy-delete the dozen or so pages he has created with his various socks per Wikipedia:Banning_policy#Enforcement_by_reverting? That's the only way to discourage further sock-puppetry by this user, and send him a message that he is not welcome in Wikipedia. I'm already reverting his edits per that policy, but someone with admin rights, should just speedy delete the pages he has created with these socks, to make him understand that his socking is a futile exercise and a waste of time on his part, so that he would stop making more socks. Hello, DeltaQuad. I want to know if it's reasonable to request a rangeblock in a sockpuppet case such as RJR3333's. Judging by how the case closed, it doesn't seem that it is. Not to mention, suckpuppet cases that have extensive archives and therefore indicate that rangeblocking was not used or was only sparingly used. It seems like such a big waste of time to even report such users, unless causing disruption that needs to be stopped, considering that they just keep coming back again and again. An IP has reverted me on Soviet war in Afghanistan [2], being the nosy bugger that I am and my inability to resist following links I took a peek to see were this chap was editing from. According to this [3] the IP is running from Pakistan Telecommuication company limited, which is strange that the name is spelled incorrectly. The other bit of weirdness is the hostname is the IP, not the usual stuff which is what I would expect to see. Can you check to see if this is a proxy please. Darkness Shines ( talk) 17:06, 20 July 2012 (UTC)
Hello, Delta.....long time no talk. I was adding a category to a photo of mine today, and I ran across something really strange. In the Summary, below the Categories, there was a stupid note. It was just gibberish so I deleted it. Then I got curious and clicked on the IP address of the user that left it. There ARE hundreds of photo files there that look like contribution edits on his user page.; however, I opened a few of them and they are SEX RANTS, or Gibberish. I think this sicko needs to be banned quickly. It looks like he is setting up for a major Bombing here. The User page is: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/81.106.164.18 An example of his handy work can be seen on this edit that he undid a few days later; but it shows the mind-set of the poor guy: http://commons.wikimedia.org/?title=File:Hong_Kong_School_Private_Light_Bus.JPG&action=history The guy goes into multilple photos in commons every day and leaves little notes. Maybe he's lonely, but he's got to be lonely somewhere else. I can't believe he's been getting away with it for so long. You won't believe it either when you see all the edits on his user page; and everyone is a note in a photo file. The world is a sick place...but it's the only world we have. If I'm reporting Commons Vandalism in the wrong place.....just point me in the right direction. Take Care..... and thanks in advance for looking into this. Hello, DeltaQuad. I wonder if you would be willing to look at Wikipedia:WikiProject on open proxies/Requests#187.122.136.167. A user has asked for a proxy block to be lifted, and it looks as though it isn't an open proxy. As far as I can see, the block can be just lifted, but an admin who did a proxy check suggests a checkuser before unblocking. Perhaps you can deal with it? Hi. User:NTox asked me to give you some information about a range block related to an account creation request. The relevant AIV report, just before the bot removed the entry after I blocked the range, is here. I left a sample log evidence in the Matanmoreland/ScottyBerg sockpuppet investigation page. It shows chunks of ScottyBerg/Mantanmoreland and 96.242.217.91's edits clustered together, which happens throuhout the "Chinatown, Manhattan" log. Just do a ctrl-f to highlight all occurrences of "ScottyBerg on your browser and go back 2 or 3 pages and you'll easily catch them right away. The connections betw. all the various IPs and ScottyBerg/Mantanmoreland in the given evidence are obviously clear. All IPS also originate from the within the same, small, 5 x 5 mile area in Bergen County, NJ. If you have time, you can also look through at least a couple of the other things pointed out in the evidence to verify for yourself, as it won't take up too much of your time. I've also given their location so it'll be easy to look up, backlog or no backlog. This individual is one of the worst cases of sockpuppets ever on WP, employing numerous ids and IP resources at his disposal. Investigations in the past have been successful with only a few lines of evidence. I've included a treasure trove of it, as well as connecting the dots for you. It all depends on how you use it.
THERE IS ENOUGH here to establish that it is in fact Mantandmore/ScottyBerg. The question now, is whether or not you'll appropriately block these IPs, or let him get away. Please keep in mind that this individual is so relentless in his efforts to edit on WP. You guys found this out the hard way in 2 previous investigations that resulted in blocks. You need to make a decisions here, and regardless of what you do it will only serve to contain and NOT stop him enirely. He'll be back wih a new IP in a couple of weeks or so, and you can take this all the way to the bank. If I am mistaken(which I doubt), the least he could do is appeal and explain why there are too many coincidences. The likely scenario is that he won't bother, as he knows it'll be a waste of his time. He'll probably throw in a word or two accusing me of all sorts of things, leave, and come back with another IP/account, and that'll be the end of that until the next investigation.
