It appears from your user name and edits, you seem to be working for All Saints Catholic Secondary School. if this is true, this constitutes a conflict of interest. We don't let the subject of an article control the content of the article. You're welcome to edit as a private invidividual in a neutral fashion, respecting Wikipedia's rules. But, you can't represent a particular organization in your editing. If an article is overly promotional, you can expect other editors to make substantial changes, and remove a substantial amount of content.
