I'll respond to you here since I already archived my conversation in my talkpage.
Let's do this first: try to fix the English language articles are much as you can. Large chunks of it are unsourced. Try adding reliable sources to each paragraph and making sure every claim in the article is backed up by reliable sources. Once that is done, I'll take a look at it and do a translation myself. It shouldn't take me too long, but if we don't have the sources we cannot simply expect it to pass in Spanish. MX ( ✉ • ✎) 14:59, 27 January 2020 (UTC)

Hey, could translate both in german and Italian. Let me know the details. PS, I think it would be beneficial for the page's exposure and health to focus on finding translators for french Chinese and Arabic as well (as those are the languages you can find the report in so far?).
