Certainly an impressive labour of love, and worthy of contributions by others. I hope to be among those in due course. My preliminary comment would be that the PAC and associated orgs need more acknowledgement, and also that the capitulation of the apartheid regime was in a context where the Cold War was ending, and where that regime had received a bloody nose in Angola, as well as experiencing depletion in its supply of recruits. All the best! Michaelgraaf ( talk) 16:29, 20 September 2020 (UTC)

Hi Agus Damanik! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as
typo corrections or reverting obvious
vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see
Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you.

Hi Agus, thanks for your message. A couple of comments: first, I am fallible, and my edits are hardly flawless. Second, a lot of us chem editors do use PubChem because it is easy and it's not behind a paywall. Some of us find its information spotty. By the grace of luck, I have access to virtually everything so enjoy the luxury of access to great sources that few outside of academia can see. -- Smokefoot ( talk) 22:17, 24 September 2023 (UTC)
Hi Agus. I'm in the process of fulfilling your request for copy editing on Sri Parmini, and I've just finished the first round of grammar checks. I am a bit confused by this sentence in the third paragraph of the "Career" section: "Indonesian National Armed Forces called this promotion as "special gift for Indonesian Army Women's Corps", coinciding with its recent celebration of 48 years of Indonesian National Armed Forces on December 22, 2009."
Is the phrase "48 years of Indonesian National Armed Forces" the official name of a special event/celebration, or was it just an anniversary of the founding of the Indonesian National Armed Forces? Is the date "December 22, 2009" the date of the celebration, or the date on which this statement by the Indonesian National Armed Forces was made? Thank you! Hello Agus Damanik,
I hope this message finds you well. I have noticed your active contribution to Wikipedia and would like to seek your guidance.
I am interested in creating a Wikipedia profile for Aneeqa Bashir, a notable climate activist from Pakistan who has significantly contributed to climate change awareness and green heritage preservation in the country. I understand the importance of adhering to Wikipedia's guidelines and notability criteria and would like to ensure that the profile accurately represents Aneeqa's contributions without being promotional.
Could you please provide some guidance or direct me to the appropriate resources to help me create a compliant and informative Wikipedia profile for Aneeqa Bashir?
Thank you for your time and assistance. Afshaaan.ahmed ( talk) 04:56, 28 October 2023 (UTC)

You thanked me on my Viremia edit at https://en.wikipedia.org/?title=Viremia&oldid=prev&diff=1198589842 - however, such small edits are considered cosmetic edits and are not encouraged if they are done en masse, see the discussion at User_talk:Maxim_Masiutin#CiteByBot on my Talk page - you can commend there if you with. Anyway, thank you for your appreciation. Maxim Masiutin ( talk) 18:52, 25 January 2024 (UTC)
Hello Agus Damanik:
WikiProject Women in Green is holding a month-long
Good Article Edit-a-thon event in June 2024!
Running from June 1 to 30, 2024, WikiProject Women in Green (WiG) is hosting a Good Article (GA) edit-a-thon event with the theme Going Back in Time! All experience levels welcome. Never worked on a GA project before? We'll teach you how to get started. Or maybe you're an old hand at GAs – we'd love to have you involved! Participants are invited to work on nominating and/or reviewing GA submissions related to women and women's works (e.g., books, films) during the event period. We hope to collectively cover article subjects from at least 20 centuries by month's end. GA resources and one-on-one support will be provided by experienced GA editors, and participants will have the opportunity to earn a special WiG barnstar for their efforts.
We hope to see you there!
