- looking at the article, I think you have some problems. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, and must have evidence of notability, usually through independent verifiable references
- You have only two sources, one of which is the company website, and the other is dead.
- it reads like a personal essay or [[WP:OR}}
- It's spammy in places By 2000 the business had a much tighter focus and with a strong service ethos still very much at its heart. It all seemed to fit. Customers were happy and the staff were settling into the way of doing things.
