This page should not be speedily deleted because it seems that many of this company's competitors also have a wikipedia page. Since it's a large established company that does great things for their community I see it more of a reference for them than an advert? -- Adamwiggins82 ( talk) 13:57, 31 July 2024 (UTC) reply

It's not that this company cannot have a Wikipedia page - it's that this draft, as written, sounds like an advertisement rather than a neutral description. Right there, when you say "does great things for their community", that's the kind of language we want to avoid. Are you affiliated with the company in some way? Hi,
Yes, my company manages their website and I offered to help with getting a wikipedia page setup, but I have no experience in doing so and so apologies if I've got it wrong as it's a massive learning curve for me.
I appreciate what you're saying though. If I'm honest, I didn't read it all the way through and so this is just what's been provided by the client but I'll pass the feedback on and get them to try again.
Appreciate the help :-) Adamwiggins82 ( talk) 13:56, 1 August 2024 (UTC) reply
Okay, in that case you need to read the paid editing guideline, because your relationship with that company almost certainly counts as paid editing. There are a bunch of requirements related to that. AntiDionysius ( talk) 13:58, 1 August 2024 (UTC) reply
