The problem is that there's no indication in the article that this foundation is notable per our guidelines for organizations at WP:ORG, as recognized by reliable independent sources (see WP:V). There are a lot of charitable organizations that do a lot of good things, but we don't list every organization in the world -- just those whose notability can be verified. See generally WP:N. Nomination of Kibwezi Educational Centre for deletion
