I would imagine notable authority for an approved Wikipedia post would include significant accomplishments that warrant writing and publishing about so that other musicians and music fans alike would find valuable and educational knowledge that would help them to achieve their dreams. tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button
