While your conflict of interest was a hindrance, I will note that the Lane may qualify as a notable subject; but the references and language must meet our standards of
verifiability,
reliable sourcing (i.e., nothing taken off the hotel's own website); and
neutral point of view. Look at the article for the
Maxwell House Hotel for an example; I wish there was a similar one for the
Read House in Chattanooga (not that I'm a Tennessee chauvinist, of course). --
