Cullen 328 is racist and unreasonable

I tried to add that Anita Lonsbrough is an English sports woman but he kept removing it. I told him the sportsman David Wilkie is noted as Scottish on wiki and that it is only fair to make Anita English. He still kept reverting back to making her someone who is only from York, it doesn't even say which country she was born into but Wilkie it does. Anita is on Wilkie page as a referenced fellow sports person. And now I have been banned for no reason but purely for highlighting her as English. I noticed Cullen is a Jew from Edinburgh in Scotland. He does not represent wiki fairy, or the English people who are the majority on these pages. This banning is bias, an injustice, and is totally outrageous and unfair and does great harm to Wikipedias reputation. Like I always said, some of these administrators have too much authority, are not impartial and have been in the job too long. I should rightly deserve an apology.

I have never ever caused disruption but only highlighting someone born and raised in England is obviously English. That is the only thing I have ever tried to achieve on here.
