Digital Divide

The tab concerning the United States felt out of place in the article especially since there is so little written on it and the remainder of the article refers to the global issue. I do not feel as is this article is neutral because of the language that is uses. It seems that a few thoughts in the article are not fully complete and do not quite make sense. The obstacles portion of the article lacks information especially sense it seems the article is attempting to convince the reader that the gap must be filled. The citation that were viewed did seem to match the idea presented in the article however one source seemed to be entirely opinion based as well as some of the sources relating to technology is from 1995. While there doesn't seem to be any discussion the article is created as a education assignment. The Talk page of this article has numerous edits to it. The main concerns seemed to be with expansion of information, the addition of more images and adding citations. The article has received the ratings of Start and C class and it belongs to the projects: WikiProject Computing, WikiProject Globalization, WikiProject Technology, WikiProject United States Public Policy, and Wikiproject Libraries. In class we have dicussed this topic as a broader view to get and understanding while this article goes into depth about much of the topic.

The citations are adequate for the information and come from credible websites and article in order to provide proper information in an appropriate way. The references in this article are up to date providing this article with a more viable standpoint. In addition, the article features appropriate amount of information unlike the other one which seemed to have too much going on which took away from the effectiveness of the material. This article is rated as C-Class and is part of WikiProject Canada and the talk page itself is empty.
