Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a certain number of days and made a certain number of edits.

I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. Request reason:
I believe there has been a mistake. I have not tried to evade any block. I have been editing using this IP address for quite some time now and to my belief have not made any disruptive edit that can lead to a block. 141.72.239.107 ( talk) 14:34, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Unfortunately, we have no way to know who is sitting at the computer or holding the phone making edits, only that someone has used this IP address to evade a block. If it wasn't you, you will have to explain why someone else used this IP to evade a block. 331dot ( talk) 15:26, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{ unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
