Gangs in New Zealand

I have seen your posts to this article. Do you have any news reports on this that you can link to? We can't accept it without such a source. I found https://www.stuff.co.nz/timaru-herald/news/131412196/symbol-of-changing-times-gang-pad-fences-ripped-down-properties-sold, but although that article mentions the Devils Henchmen it is about the Road Knights. If the event you are reporting on happened today, then it may be a day or two before the media catch up.- gadfium 05:51, 6 May 2023 (UTC) reply

I understand you have more immediate information than is in the media. However, we need sources for material added to the encyclopedia. You are adding your knowledge in the middle of existing content, which doesn't always make sense. Since you don't have sources, your edits are not helping. You could contribute instead at Talk:Gangs in New Zealand and that would give us a heads-up for what is likely to appear in the media in the near future to add to the article.- gadfium 09:10, 15 May 2023 (UTC) reply

Information icon Hello, I'm Bobherry. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Bobherry Talk My Edits 14:38, 6 May 2023 (UTC) reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Since you have repeated your edit and still not provided any source, I have blocked you from Gangs in New Zealand again, this time for a week. You are welcome to post at Talk:Gangs in New Zealand. What we need from you is a published source which backs up your information. I am aware of Rebels move into Devils Henchmen headquarters in Timaru, which supports that the Rebels have taken over the headquarters. If that is all you are trying to convey, that's great. It doesn't say what has happened to the Henchmen - presumably as the police do not feel they need to be involved there has not been violence. If the Henchmen have patched over to the Rebels, and you have no source, you could follow up with the Timaru Herald reporter and ask for a follow-up article.- gadfium 06:23, 8 May 2023 (UTC) reply
