Can you use your edit summary for why you're removing the template from military colleges in the United States? If you don't, then I will be glad to revert your edits for not explaining. Corkythe hornetfan (ping me) 22:50, 9 April 2017 (UTC)

There are 10 million Manchus, but the language is endangered and spoken by less than 100. China has 50+ ethnic groups, each with their own language/food/dress and often national script. Why/how have the Manchus lost theirs?-- Kintetsubuffalo ( talk) 14:25, 11 July 2017 (UTC)

It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
