IMPORTANT: I have decided against making this bot, as it would be to difficult to distinguish vandalism reverts from reverts with other reasons.
This user, in the future, may be a bot run by Awesomeness. It is a legitamate sockpuppet, so don't ban me!
I plan to write it in Java.
If it is accepted, it will warn vandals a few minutes or so after their edit is reverted. (To give some time to the reverter first.)
I'm still thinking about ways to make sure that it warns the right people. You're not supposed change the undo summary unless it isn't vandalism, but many editors revert edits for other reasons without changing the summary. This would cause reverts for other reasons to show up as vandalism Any possible solutions, and opinions on this bot idea should be directed to the talk page. I will respond as Awesomeness, not WarningBot.
