My real name is Howard M. Wiseman. I am a theoretical quantum physicist with interests in quantum information, quantum measurement, quantum control and quantum foundations. I also have a long-standing interest (and a few peer-reviewed papers) in history. My history speciality is dark-age Britain, and I have also published a semi-fictional book covering that history, entitled Then Arthur Fought [1]. In Wikipedia I have mainly contributed to articles on history. I work at Griffith University and my (partly work, partly personal) web page, including lots of history stuff, is [1].

King of the Britons

Hi Vortimer. Thanks for your article on King of the Britons. You should really examine all the links to that article now, as many of them should link to the List of legendary kings of Britain instead. I have changed a few and will drop by to help out doing more when I can. Walgamanus 13:57, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

There are dozens and dozens, maybe over a hundred links that link directly to named individuals in the legendary list, and to other things that are only relevant to that list. You should have changed all those when you created the article. TharkunColl 19:12, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
Thank you, Walgamanus, for fixing so many links. Vortimer ( talk) 22:40, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
