Mission Statement
I am a Hungarian man and currently I try to create (and translate from the Hungarian wiki) articles, which help to understand the excellent and monumental (25 hours long) documentary series made by Sándor Sára between 1979 and 1981, about the destruction of the 2nd Hungarian Army at the River Don for the non-Hungarian viewers. ( Chronicle series)
My main focus is on that tragedy and on those persons, who wrote memoirs about it. To help to understand the lives of those who served and if they were lucky, survived the war, it looks like I need to create pages about some of the governmental and military organizations and institutions of Hungary between 1920 and 1990.
