Hi, I'm Qzekrom (pronouns: she/her). I have been a contributor to Wikipedia since 2012.

I've been doing a lot of work for WikiProject Effective Altruism, and I perform basic maintenance tasks in my spare time.

Note on how I'm implementing MOS:PEOPLANG

To other editors: I recently participated in a discussion regarding how to capitalize ethno-racial terms such as "Black" and "White." My understanding of the consensus is that Black/White and black/white are both okay within an article, but not Black/white, and that editors shouldn't change one style to the other except to make an article consistent.

How I'm interpreting this: If I come across an article with inconsistent capitalization of "Black" and "White," I will change them to match the majority style (whichever style, Black/White or black/white, occurs more frequently in the text, ignoring quotes and citations), but I won't change them in quotes and citations (such as the title of an article). Where applicable, I'll include a link to MOS:PEOPLANG and an explanation of what I'm doing in the edit summary.
