Regarding my username, Pete Best Beatles; I am not nor have I ever claimed to be Pete Best. I do not have, and have never had, any connection to him. Pete Best Beatles does not refer to any person, living or dead, but rather is a metaphor for any one of the many cruel ironies life may throw at us. No deception is intended.

I've been editing since December 2021, and have focused on articles about cinema, music, and literature (film noir, punk rock, and hard-boiled detective fiction respectively).
