Dolichopodidae

Grichanov (2017) has been very useful for Dolichopodidae genus articles ...but it is not without a few mistakes or debatable parts sometimes. (For instance the very concept of "Dolichopodoidae" itself – is that generally accepted or not? I have no idea, but I suspect not.)
