Early Life
Jamichael Luther Robinson Jr. was born in Burlington, Vermont, on October 18, 1986. Robinson attended Champlain Valley Union High School and had a successful high school wrestling career. As a high schooler, Robinson was undefeated all four years and won four state championships at the Vermont state tournament. He planned on wrestle collegiately at the University of Iowa, but decided to become a professional wrestler instead.
Personal Life
In 2006, Robinson met and began dating Mina Yang. They got married in June 2008. Their first child, a son, was born in February 2010. They had a daughter in December 2012, followed by twin daughters in August 2014.
