I am reviewing articles top to bottom on subjects which I have some expertise. I am not going for perfection in these reviews; I am satisfied to remove errors and inconsistencies and make incremental improvements but may also add requested sources, improve organization and make copy edits.
I do not review articles in one sitting because it can be tedious, I don't always have a big block of time to devote to Wikipedia editing and I don't want to burden other editors with reviewing changes throughout an article in one sitting.
I typically do not do these improvements to any individual article more than once every 4 weeks. I take it a couple paragraphs or a section at at time. I mark my progress with a wiki comment: <!--[[User:Kvng/RTH]]-->. RTH stands for reviewed to here and the mark is placed at the end of the last paragraph I've reviewed in an article. The mark is removed once the review is complete. I preface edit comments related to these activities with review:.
