The book is currently being turned into a film, All About Her, directed by Roberto Iacurci
The book is a romantic comedy based around the relationship of the main characters, Victoria and Ethan. Victoria dies from undiagnosed epilepsy and Ethan decides to write a book about their lives together in memorium to Victoria's death
The book deals with the ups and downs of relationships and also grief. Whilst Epilepsy is an underlying theme in the book there is very little direct reference to it.
The book and film are specifically designed to highlight the condition and have been done with the full support of Epilepsy UK, who wrote the foreword to the book and Epilepsy Action, two of the largest epilepsy charities in the UK
The book is based on Ethan's own personal account of a relationship. It was published by Spire publications.
The reviews of the book were positive and the story behing the book featured in the national press and local media, including an article in 'Full House' magazine and was also featured on BBC local radio
