In answer to your point about the 2012 Republican candidacy, I'm afraid I don't feel qualified to express an opinion, as I am observing it from 'across the pond'. My contribution to the wiki page was limited to stating what I considered to be the objectively verifiable facts that, if elected, Jindal would be the youngest and Cheney the oldest President ever inaugurated. Though I see that Noisalt considers these to be unpublished ideas.
