Completeaerogeek has worked in military and civil aviation (engineering and aircrew) for four decades, holding leadership and management and safety positions, for airlines and aircraft operators in several countries. CAG is currently an Engineering Safety Investigator for a major airline.

CAG has multiple formal qualifications including a Masters Degree in Aerospace Science and Technology and has lectured Aviation Science and Technology at major university as well as a number of aviation colleges educating fixed and rotary wing student pilots.

CAG remains engaged in a Defence based part-time aviation leadership educational position.
