Task 2

• Use current revision instead of first revision to gather pages for template addition
  • Requires extraction of name and place from table. This will not be easy.
    • Maybe detect when a line is | (number here), use that number as the placement value and use the content in the next line as the page to edit?
• Don't break multi-line bot templates like we did on Talk:Houthi movement
