Denise Gibson Tayloe Denise Gibson Tayloe born August 1964 as the first child of Alan and Marilyn Tayloe, descendants of John Tayloe I, John Tayloe II, John Tayloe III and Nellie Tayloe Ross.

She was raised in Triangle, a Northern Virginia suburb of Washington, DC She attended Gar-Field Senior High School and George Mason University where she graduated Magna cum laude. After the Certified Public Accountant exam she became an auditor with Arthur Andersen. Following her tenure at Anderson she became the Chief Financial Officer at Equity Resources, a luxury home builder in the Washington, DC area. In 1995 she became a Mortgage Banker with North American Mortgage, A Dime Bancorp Company. On January 1, 2000 she embarked as an entrepreneur with her brother Kenneth Loyd Tayloe and co-founded InfoNutz, an educational web site where kids were "nutty about collaborating". In 2001 she co-founded Privacy Vaults Online DBA PRIVO becoming a subject matter expert in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act COPPA and in 2004 became a Safe Harbor with the Federal Trade Commission to certify companies compliance to the law. ...
