I think Wikipedia is dependent on the freedom of the person because it depends on a person's understanding, initiative and genius. For a structure it has the Wp:rules I think Wikipedia is like the internet because it allows everyone to contribute but unlike the internet because the information gathered is explained like in an encyclopaedia. Unlike the previous encyclopaedias, what is said in Wikipedia is not said by them but said by us.
