He has worked with other bands such as: Bizzy Bone, I See Stars, and Memphis May Fire. [4] Also he's writing a book and is starting to make a solo album.

Stand Up And Scream

Danny and the band's debut album entitled "Stand Up And Scream" was released on September 15, 2009, through Sumerian Records. They got the title for the album from the second track "Final Episode (Let's Change the Channel)" where the lyrics say "Just stand up and scream, the tainted clock is counting down". The album landed at 170 on billboard 200, 29 on Top Independent Albums, and 5 on Top Heatseekers. [5] Danny's roles in this album were as lead vocalist and also programming.

Reckless & Relentless

Their second studio album entitled "Reckless & Relentless" was released on April 5, 2011, through Sumerian Records. The title for this album came from their track which was also called "Reckless & Relentless". This album unlike their debut album happen to hit the mark at number 9 on Billboard 200. [6] Danny's roles in this album were lead vocalist, programming, keyboard, and synthesizers.

From Death To Destiny

The third studio album by Danny and the guys is entitled "From Death To Destiny" which is suppose to be released this summer through Sumerian Records. The album was recorded in 7 different studios:Foundation in Connersville, Indiana; Foundation Estate in Rochester, Michigan; NRG in Los Angeles, California; Darth Mader Music in Los Angeles, California; Allan Hessler's Studio; Stevie Blacke's Studio; and A studio in London (a friend of the band recorded some short vocal parts, found in "The Death of Me") [7] [8] mixed by David Bendeth at House of Loud Studio. [9] Danny's roles in there up coming album are as lead vocalist, programming, keyboard, and synthesizers.

Alcohol/Drugs

Danny has had an incident in Seattle where he pushed his limits before the show and drank too much. At one point, guitarist Ben Bruce took to the microphone and said, “Let’s do a vote right fuckin’ now. Who prefers Danny the way he is [now]? That’s like three people.” Worsnop began to interrupt, but Bruce said, “Ignore him. Who here will support us in putting my best friend through rehab and making him better?” As the crowd cheered, Bruce said, “Thank you so fuckin’ much. Fuck you, Danny. Ignore everything he says. Thank you for supporting us. Who here wants us to play another song—despite Danny?” [10]

The following day Danny got on his twitter and tweeted: "I'm a fucking idiot. I should never blame my actions on my relapses but tonight made me realize I have a problem. I for the first time in my life want to fix myself. I now know what regret is! I apologize from the bottom of my heart. Hopefully I grow to have some sort of compassion to myself, I live for self destruction and that's wrong. Nothing changes when you're killing yourself with poison. I love you all. And I hope you can forgive me. I officially am quitting drugs and getting drunk here and now. I want to clean up and sort my fucking life out. I'll never stop hating myself until I stop killing myself. Thank you all for standing by me. If any R&R shows get canceled, I'm away fixing Myself. I hope you understand." [11]

Danny went to rehab which helped him finally kick his drinking and drugs and is now sober. In an interview with noisecreep he says "This last year we all witnessed my demise - my plummet - my fall - and my rebirth. After what was a couple years of dangerous drinking and drug use, I hit rock bottom. It was a long recovery process but we are all in a better place now that I'm completely sober. So now no drink or drugs - none. It's been an interesting lifestyle change - yeah, I'll use the word "interesting,"" laughs Worsnop. [12]

Vocal Cord Injury

Near the end of 2012 Danny had a torn vocal cord and was unable to perform in some shows on their tour. The concert started and all the other bands played their songs. The main act of the night, Asking Alexandria, kicked off their set but without frontman Danny Worsnop, but fans, who were a tad confused, still sang along. Eventually, Worsnop came out onstage to screaming fans and explained that he tore his vocal cord and wouldn’t be able to perform, but that his buds from I See Stars and Attila would take over the vocal duties. The band also got help from a multitalented roadie, who was busy setting up the equipment and taping down wires before they began, but graced the stage and tore it up on a few Asking Alexandria songs. [13] Also the friend of Asking Alexandria that were on the tour with them such as: As I Lay Dying, Attila, I See Stars, and Memphis May Fire helped out in their time of need.

Danny has went to a doctor that was a vocal specialist to help him get his vocal cords healed to get back on track and be able to finish the album and move on to the next tour. After seeking treatment from vocal specialist Dr. Sugerman, Worsnop feels he is on the path to recovery and he decided to let fans in on the process by shooting a video with the good doc showing one of his recent sessions. The clip was filmed approximately two weeks after the singer’s initial treatment. In it, the viewer gets to see Worsnop’s visit with Sugerman, the singer’s description of the flex camera and the doctor’s eventual shots of Worsnop’s vocal cords. The good news is that Worsnop has some time to rest his vocal cords as the band has finished most of their forthcoming album and have been enjoying the holiday break without any immediate dates looming.
