Cookie Run is a game based in South Korea, created by a relatively small company called Devsisters Corp. that has since expanded since the launch of the game. The game was originally named 'Cookie Run 2' when Devsisters revealed their development of a sequel to Cookie Run in April 2015, which was planned to be launched globally by the second half of the year. [5] On 27 September 2016, the game was announced for soft-launch, now under the current name Cookie Run: Ovenbreak, in Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, the Netherlands, and Sweden on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
